We are working with a school based in Enfield that caters to students 16 - 25 years with SEND, which includes ASC, ADHD, learning difficulties, and speech and language and communication needs. The school are looking for passionate Job Coaches & Travel Trainers to join their ethical team. The students will have challenging behaviour, SEMH and other additional needs, they may have feelings of rejection, failure and disillusionment with school, and the PRU provides a safe and supportive learning space with personalised learning plans and support for every child.
