The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with children in a mainstream primary school located in Romford, offering excellent transport links and parking. The school fosters a positive and inclusive environment, where every child is encouraged to thrive and feel secure. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be fully supported in your role, and given the opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact.
You should be equipped to manage challenging behaviour and respond effectively to difficult situations, ensuring each child receives the care and support they need.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN, though a true passion and commitment to supporting children is just as important. If you're someone who is warm, approachable, and eager to build positive relationships, you could be a great fit for this role. As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will serve as a positive role model and contribute to promoting good behaviour and a supportive learning environment.
