SEMH Teaching Assistant
Guildford, Surrey
ASAP Start, Full-Time (term time only)
£90 - £100 PAYE Per Day, Weekly Payment

At Parker Smith Inclusion, we are actively looking to recruit a passionate SEMH/SEN Teaching Assistant for a therapeutic school located in Guildford, Surrey. At this school, they offer support for vulnerable children who will have SEN diagnosis, usually with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and mental health needs), Autism and ADHD.

SEMH/SEN School
I am looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a therapeutic SEN school and help support the learning and development of the children here. Some of them will have complex behaviour needs, sometimes accompanying SEND.
This school focuses on delivering the highest level of support, teaching every pupil even in the most challenging situations. Their top priority is to ensure that the students here are given the best opportunity to excel in their studies, leading them to successful and fulfilling lives. SEHM Teaching Assistant Requirements
- Ability to build solid and meaningful relationships
- The ability to enthuse, inspire others, and have a 'can do' attitude.
- Resilient and able to work well in challenging situations.
- Passion for SEND is essential.
- Experience working with SEMH, SEND, ACE, and ADHD.

- Excellent experience and training for aspiring Teachers, Pastoral workers, Child Psychologists, Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Counsellors, and Social Workers
- Long-term to perm for immediate start applications
- Develop your SEND/SEMH skills further.
